There are several programs you can download to convert the Special Reports here into PDF, including:

- freepdfconvert.com
- pdf995.com ( Their advertising can get a bit annoying )
You can also find several others listed at CNET's Download.com site
NOTE: Marketing Intelligence Assessment has already been converted to PDF because it could only be formatted in Publisher, which many people do not have. This document can be used without editing it, however if you have Publisher, feel free to edit it and re-convert it to PDF.

Another free software you can covert to PDF file is OpenOffice.org Writer. It basically a word program (free alternative to MS Word) that can be used to export to PDF once you finished writing.
